The SENIOR group represents a group of swimmers (13 and over), that have the desire to take their swimming to the highest possible level. These swimmers understand the importance of good attendance and have a great work ethic. SENIOR swimmers are expected to train and compete year-round, and plan social functions around their workout schedule. Over 75% of the swimmers that have committed to the SENIOR group for more than 2 years, have moved on to swim in college, many on scholarship.
The SENIOR practice (Sept. - May) schedule is generally 4:45pm-7:15pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00-9:00am Saturdays.
Dryland workouts - Tuesday & Thursday - 30 minutes before practice, depending on the current training phase. Additional workouts are offered during the summer and holiday breaks, and mornings during the school year are available for select athletes.
